However, City Tower Ariake looks to be a bargain at the moment: http://www.ct-ariake.com/index.html I suppose that is the "Sun Tzu part" - to know your battlefield like the back of your hand. ^-^ I doubt that they are running those elementary schools for profit. Now I'm still trying to shake off the cobwebs of those years I wasted, I dunno if I could buy myself a house (or a condo or apartment whatever).
